Adult Hip Hop is a high-energy class focused on rhythm, grooves, musicality and movement while giving dancers the freedom to bring their own personality to each combination. Classes are designed to be fun, approachable and supportive, whether you have dance experience or are stepping into a studio for the first time. You’ll build coordination, confidence and stamina while learning movement inspired by the foundations and culture of Hip Hop dance. Perfect for: Adults who want an upbeat workout, great music and a fun way to dance without the pressure of a traditional fitness class. No previous dance experience required. Tuition & Registration Classes are billed through monthly tuition.
