Boys Hip Hop, Pre-K & Kinder Combo Classes, & Thurs. Grade 4&5 Combo Classes.

Notice to Parents:
RECITAL COSTUME MEASUREMENTS will be taken from- NOVEMBER 3 - 6th, 2008
Each child will be measured for their costume(s) the week of November 3-6th. We are hoping to have all students measured by November 6th 2008. There will be one makeup measurement day on November 13th. If your child is not performing in our annual recital please notify us before your child is measured, otherwise costumes will be ordered and you will be responsible for the full cost of the costume(s). Our costumes must be ordered by December 1, 2008 in order for us to receive them for our June recital. Please remember to include the non-refundable dance costume deposit of $30.00 per class that your child(ren) is enrolled in along with your November tuition payment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us. Thank you.

STUDENT ATTIRE: Many students are wearing clothing that is not suitable for dance class. Please review the list of what is the appropriate dance attire. Students must also wear the proper dance shoes for their class. Our color scheme is Pink/White/Black. We do allow different color leotards.

Hair: Must be tied back and neatly secured away from your face. Braids and buns are preferred.
Combo Classes: are required to wear black or pink leotards and black or pink tights. Combo students will also need black tap shoes and pink ballet shoes.
Hip Hop Class:will need black jazz pants with a pink or black camisole tank top or leotard. Hip Hop students will need black jazz shoes or black jazz sneakers.
Tap Program: is required to wear the same uniform as our Hip Hop students but will need black Jazz tap shoes.
Ballet and Pointe: will need solid black camisole leotards with pink tights and pink split sole ballet shoes
Lyrical: will need black tights or jazz pants with a black camisole leotard or camisole tank top. Lyrical dancers will also need tan Lyrical Thongs.
Modern: will need solid black camisole leotards with pink tights and pink split sole ballet shoes.

Our Dance Company Team proudly presents…….
2nd Annual Charity Benefit Performance!
BOW HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM
December 12th - 7:00 pm
TICKETS - $5.00 each
ALL proceeds will go to a Local Charity of the Dancers choice.
We will be collecting canned goods & non perishable food items for the food bank.
Please show your support and attend this wonderful charity event.

LOST & FOUND
Check the lost and found basket on the 1st floor next to the office.
Items not picked up after November 30th will be donated to charity.

NOVEMBER TUITION
1st Class - $45.00 month
2nd & Consecutive Classes - $35.00 month (per month/per student)
Dance Company classes are $25.00 month
COSTUME DEPOSITS are due this month - $30.00 per Costume.
$25.00 Late fees will be charged to each account not paid by the 10th of the month.

Notice:
• While we encourage parent and sibling interaction while waiting for our students; please be aware that voices and noise travel. If our teachers have to compete with you then our students lose out because teachers have to repeat their directions.
• If your child is using the downstairs play room, please take care to pick up after them before leaving. We provide this area for their enjoyment and appreciate your assistance in keeping it clean!
• Please remind your child to stay INSIDE the building until you arrive for pickup. This is Mandatory no matter what the students’ age.
• With snow just around the corner, please remember that you must take off your street shoes before entering the dance floor. This will help keep our wood floors in good dancing shape.
• In case of snow delays or cancellations remember that CDW follows the Bow School system schedule. You may call the studio @ if you have any questions.
